Young adults are the fastest growing segment of America’s homeless population, the result of a recession that’s been especially brutal on young people, and record numbers of kids aging out of a broken foster care system. This year 2 million 18-24 year olds will be homeless in the United States. This project was funded via InvestigateWest by a grant from the Gates Foundation and Seattle University.
