January 2023 is upon us, a new year, a new calendar, new slate of months, weeks, days and minutes by which we have to navigate through life in the here and now. We can get money back, friendships and even strength, but time is that thing that never wants to repay us or reinvest in us. This new year should be another time that we put the best foot forward and we stick to it. We can’t relive the past. We can’t reverse much of what went wrong last year. We must dedicate to doing this year if not better, per se, but certainly differently. Save your time from competing and comparing and improve yourself first. Mature in the way that you take criticism. Realize that some of what they are saying is true, and even if it isn’t the complete truth, it gives you something to work on.
