July is the start of the Dog Days of Summer. Temperatures reach record levels and people usually make their retreats to the beach or to the local pool. If they are blessed enough the pool is in the backyard. However, during this time more and more people are making their way on vacation, and the pets are having a terrible time on the outside. As the Summer activities ramp up we hope that this issue of RESTORE can assists you in making sure that you are safe and enjoying the time that you have away from work or school.
In this issue of RESTORE, the articles are designed to help families to find ways to stay healthy, hydrated, safe and having fun for the rest of the summer. This edition also includes some pointers on how to keep your dog safe and hydrated. Make sure to take a few minutes of time to review the new artwork from our Artist in Residence, Quentin Robinson Evans.
