Far Out Flower Beret

This groovy beret is colorful (although you can certainly make it in a solid color as well), delightfully slouchy and is sure to brighten any wardrobe. It’s retro chic!

If features a flower motif at the back and the hat is very roomy and can fit lots of hair.

You will need three colors of a DK or light worsted weight yarn such as Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece. Be sure that you have about 175 to 200 yards of yarn (all colors used collectively). The colors Slate Charcoal, Banana and Wild Orange were used to make the multi-colored hat in the pattern photos. The solid color hat was made from the Lapis colorway.

The difficulty level of this pattern is Beginner to Advanced Beginner.
