A Freelance Publisher/Managing Editor and a Digital Mass Media Consultant. Singer, perfumer, writer, graphic and layout artist, content producer, product designer and an internal auditor. He is also engaged in event planning, social media site design, development and management and also accepts consultancy works for fund raising projects of Church-based organizations, non-profits and charitable institutions. He is into publication, photography and video production for over three decades. He was the former Managing Editor of Pilipinas Ngayon Na Business and Lifestyle Magazine; Chief, Human Resource Development Officer, Internal Audit Service, Division A, Civil Service Commission of the Philippines; Special Investigator; and, has occupied various positions as Intelligence Officer; Legal Officer; and, Senior Executive Assistant from the different government agencies in the Philippines. He is an ISO (9001) trained Internal Auditor, with various trainings and experience in other field of discipline during his stint in the government, which he have been practicing to date in his projects. He constantly travels to the United States visiting his sister, relatives and friends .
