David A. Elias (Inkity)
David A. Elias was born and raised outside of Utica, NY. After graduating the Millbrook School he attended S.U.N.Y Albany, earning his B.A. in European history. Moving out West David settled in San Francisco and pursued his love of food. He secured an A.O.S. in the culinary arts from the California Culinary Academy, subsequently cooking in a number of San Francisco's prestigious eateries such as Masa's and Bix.
Long involved in the music and art scene, David managed and produced the seminal San Francisco punk band the VKTMS. A few years after settling into Manhattan's Lower East Side, David met his wife Charl and moved to the Eastern edge of the Adirondack Mountains.
Mr. Elias also offers commercial, documentary, food and editorial photography. His business clients have included Kim Klopstock's the Lily and the Rose, Patsy's Executive Cutters, the TS Ensemble, Sweets by Stacy, and Daurizios FatBoy Style Pizza and Catering. David's documentary projects include the Washington County Fair and the Double M Rodeo. His work has been published in Punk Rock Confidential as well as multiple local newspapers.
