What Betty Wrote, started with articles based on inspirational people within the vintage community, with new comers to the world of vintage, pin up and rockabilly. Giving them a time to shine, the articles then focused around people who have faced struggles and spoke about how confident the vintage community made them feel. Overall we will continue to explore interesting events, action packed competitions, the world of women of colour, pin ups of colour and up and coming businesses. This is a magazine that's like a place where people can shine and be heard, through articles that relate and touch base on difficult experiences that may help people going through the same. Betty - "Through out time i've connected with a vintage lifestyle, from my grandmother having a rather luxurious retro wardrobe to growing up in a house that hadn't been refurbished or done up. The interior was completely 40's to 60's. I have pure love for the eras of 20's 30's 40's 50's. and 60's and also a love for meeting new people and hearing their stories !
