INTRODUCTION Looking at the bible verse of 2nd Timothy 1 verse 3 – 6, If tells the mentors of timothy the spiritual son of Apostle Paul and biological son of Eunice grandson of Lois in the second of Paul to timothy. Though Timothy was the first Bishop of the Ephesian church while his spiritual father was an Apostle. It tells us that spiritual mentorship has to do with divine approval, arrangement and acceptance while mentorship in the physical world is majorly on the achievement of the mentor to the protégé, but spiritual mentorship always like that.
