Lady By The Lake

Lady by the Lake, a photoshoot that brought together 30 models and 23 photographers, is the second realization of a string of monumental shoots, produced and directed by the indomitable Amie Hana. On a gorgeous Saturday, the 6th of September, 2014, more than 50 inspired people converged on a lake-side property in northern Illinois. This location was chosen for it's lush foliage and beautiful water front, both of which offered countless exceptional photography opportunities. The work this day produced stunning images that truly reflect the collaboration of these talented artists and lovely models. Imaginative hair styles and fanciful makeup, to whimsical costumes and headdresses, combined with the fairy-tale ambiance of the location, produced images that truly capture Amie's dream-like concept for the shoot. This publication is the result of the ambitious endeavors of the models, the photographers, the hair and makeup artists, and the stylist team.
