Somebody who is not city sapiens is now looked upon as part of a kind of 'degenerated' specie, for it seems that outside a city, Nothing Happens; so all stand in line, neatly canned into cars or offices and all of them never get to 'see' what a city is made of;
the basic reason for that 'sky-scraping' itching, if it happened upon one's own skin, wow would we try to scape that of our personal landscape.
