I am outing while winter first melting snow event storms by the farmland through which André, a biologist with his own large format camera is set up; quiet now so time for the beasts to 'take a walk'; sun is low, right in the midst of the white trunks, giving just enough shadows for the soft snow to counter act the vertical blacks; a maple syrup piece of land; in those times, all was done with horse and legs with the arms to organize it all.
