MFA juried exhibition, Spring 2013 at Savannah College of Art and Design. “Photography is a discipline that requires noticing. The Sanskrit word, tathata, represents a concept central to Buddhism, and in Zen it is specifically associated with noticing and being mindful. - In his Flower Sermon, an enlightened Buddha gives a wordless lesson to his disciples. He holds up a white flower. There it is, if only in a flash and for the moment.”

Tathata is a collaborative effort. Contributors include Allison Barnes, Ashley Jones, Casey Riggs, Deanne Andrus, Jamie Carayiannis, Sergei Isaenko, Gina M. Phillips, Naimar Ramirez, Jagrut Raval, Ian Rilliet, Louise Carrie Wales, and Kate Wimer Kemp.
