May is all about flowers and Mother's Day. As we celebrate one half of the most significant relationships in our lives, what a perfect time to take a look at coaching--a different kind of influence. If you think about it, there's a strong link--our mothers (parents) serve as our first life coaches--even if we don't listen or believe them when they give us advice and guidance. This month's issue takes a look at coaching, specifically aimed at the corporate level leader of organizations. We hope it provides a great perspective on both the benefits of coaching and the challenges of corporate executives.
