Collection of photographs of "mezuzut" from doorposts around Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Israel. A mezuzah contains the prayer from Deuteronomy 6:5-9 "Hear O Israel" (Sh'ma Israel) commanding Jewish people to remember God's love and presence at all times, and to mark those words on their doorposts and gates. Mezuzot are found on the doorways (outside and inside) of Jewish homes and businesses all over the world.
