This issue is about teen confidence. God desires to raise confident, Godly people. You never start your life off being unconfident, because all you hear as a young child is how cute you are and things of the sort. However, the Bible says “The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy…” One of the things he comes to destroy is your confidence. It seems that he finds ease in attacking teenagers with low self-esteem. He hates when your parents and other people embed God’s desires in you, and God’s desire is for you to be confident.
