The German artist Franz Hümpfner has been taking photographs for 60 years with the aim of creating art. This illustrated artist book ZEN365 Part1 shows the first part of the project ZEN365. Creating a photo in the spirit of Zen every day for a year is a challenge for the artist, but also an exercise for the Zen Buddhist experience of the world. The images are meant to speak for themselves, so they will not be commented on.
