In this issue we highlight Whitney Coleman. Whitney Coleman, LICSW, LCSW-C (she/her) is a clinical social worker, therapist, author, international speaker, and TedX speaker. Whitney is licensed to practice in five states, is a board-certified supervisor, and is the founder of Jade Clinical Services (JCS) and the Breaking Boundaries Therapist Academy (BBTA). At JCS Whitney helps women of color reduce anxiety by a) processing intruding thoughts, stress, and trauma; b) identifying their strengths and reducing limiting beliefs and c) bringing the positive to the forefront of their narratives. At BBTA Whitney helps BIPOC mental health clinicians achieve financial independence by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support to build prosperous private practices.
