Mobility, Moving Innovation Forward Faster

In this issue, we talk about "Mobility at IIT" an educational event sponsored by Apple Higher Education. We also feature articles about "Lego Art" and "More Life" two IPRO projects that are being worked on in the Idea Shop. Students working on "Lego Art" designed an educational after-school program for economically disadvantaged children in the Chicago area. Students working on "More Life" are designing a solar and wind powered surgical tent for use in disaster relief situations. We also feature a how-to article about the creation of our custom made iPad wall which we built just for fun and for which we are finding many interesting uses. In this issue there is information about our social networking activities, how to make purchases through our Idea Shop on-line store, and information for those who would like to make donations to support some of the projects that our students are working on.
