This book is dedicated to my father. Working with young children for 25 years has been the best experience in the world. As adults, we expect to be the teachers, yet we always end up being the students. Children dance for no reason. Sing whether happy or sad. Love unconditionally and without restrictions. If you notice, these are the same emotions and actions presented the moment a child is born. It’s a celebration of life. In contacting the fathers included in the second part of the series ‘If I Could,’ I wanted the blessing of birth via the male perspective. These men, via a social media platform, opened up and spoke on their experiences as fathers. As women, we have so many things to say about the experiences of motherhood. It’s very rare for men to step outside of their comfort zone and give enthusiastic and heartfelt responses concerning the importance of fatherhood. Kings, I salute you! Thank you.
