Business arts on campus

Youthful as well as older carvers labor continuously, proudly pounding and scraping the stringy bark and deeper wood chips of a vulnerable redwood horizontal on the ground, forming one of the new forms that will stand later beneath the gray-blue sky, nested in the dry tan grasses surrounding it. They will stand erect with a gray and red tint, as panes of once hidden vision turn to real result, equally substantial as their respective place of origin.
