Hard Courts

In tennis it’s important to keep your eye on the ball, but for me it's also hard not to notice how the open expanses of green, blue and red surfaces along with the clean geometry of the lines that define each court can transform an otherwise static environment into something visually provocative.

This book is an homage to the understated beauty of these familiar, but perhaps not always appreciated tennis courts.
