WE CELEBRATE AFRICAN AMERICAN HEROES. Over the years, African Americans and others have fought and transformed our country in many great ways. Music, science, education, and other fields have improved due to new inventions and unique talents by African Americans. Recently, Ms. Oprah Winfrey received the Cecil B. de Mille award at the 2018 Golden Globes.
