Texas Photographic Society's catalog for TPS 25: The International Competition 2016 includes all entries accepted for this 25th anniversary exhibition. The juror Rixon Reed, Founder and Director of photo-eye and Art Photo Index, writes, "when looking at individual images, I want to be struck by their originality. I want to feel the image emotionally and I want it to be smartly done."
