I am passionate about our planet, health and fitness. I make sure that use of water, energy and food is optimized to the maximum. I follow a variety of routines like swimming, strength training, juicing, intermittent fasting and more for health and fitness.
I take great interest in reducing my carbon foot print. I ensure that everything that can be composted is composted in my yard, everything that can be recycled is properly disposed of and in addiition to all that I make sure that use of water, energy and food is optimized to the maximum. Wastage is minimal. Public transport is my mode of transport and I try to walk wherever I can.
