This is the first issue of "Lend Me Your Pen". This issue contains poems, book reports, photography and artwork from home-school kids along with special articles about The Feast of the Strawberry Moon and Owl Pellets written by the kids. The goal is to get kids involved in the magazine and find joy in seeing their work published! We also have reviews of curriculum and products home-schoolers have used. Plus a whole lot more! This is going to be an exciting adventure in Journalism and writing for everyone involved! A little science, art and history is squeaked in as well! Educational AND fun! Our mission is to get homeschooled kids (and even those not homeschooled) involved in writing and creating!
