For two years, Justina Villanueva has been confined to the dark, moldy basements of New York City’s metal scene. She lives for the stench of tour buses and the aural warfare of death metal festivals. No gig is too small and no band is too loud.

This magazine is about the music she covers on an almost nightly basis. Her most recent adventure was a three day festival of underground brutal death metal in Clifton, NJ. With the perfect mix of pornogrind and slam metal bands, Justina felt right at home.
