Van Go Clothing began in 2002 with the makings of a baby blanket for his son. From there, his designs evolved into what is is today. Van creates freehand crochet designs for everyone and doesn't limit his designs. He has made bags, purses, i-pod cases, backpacks, swimsuits, dresses, skirts, tops, etc... in the freehand method which means he doesn't use a pattern. This is the hardest form of crocheting because you have nothing to go on except a mental visualization of the final piece being made. He does word of mouth designs so you have to send him an email and say, "Hey Van. Can you make me this?" he will give you a quote and usually doesn't ask for payment till you get a delivery confirmation number from the post office, that way both you and him can track the package.
