Kathleen Yonce is the former Florida Regional Managing Partner for York Residential, a real estate company formed in Atlanta to pursue multifamily development projects throughout the Southeast. While working with York, Yonce closed on $20 million in investment property, producing a pipeline of almost 1000 units between 2005 and 2008. She was in charge of site acquisition in Florida, as well as the hiring and management of development team and office staff needed to build the project pipeline.

Kathleen Yonce is a real estate professional who has been working in the field for 20 years, and has experience on over one million square feet of commercial, multi-family, and mixed use properties valued over 800 million dollars. She is a Principal in KEY Investment Advisors, LLC, where she provides a wide range of management consulting, transaction and project management services, deal initiation, structuring, and closing.
