David Gianulias (davidgianulias)

David Gianulias is a third-generation home builder and joined the family business G Companies homebuilding division in 1996. Following in the footsteps of his father, and grandfather, David entered the real estate business in 1994 after working for five years in construction and sales for the family company. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also an accomplished pilot.

David Gianulias is an active adult. When his is not developing his winery, or working with his family company, G Companies, he is skiing. He loves extreme skiing and always takes the opportunity to go heli-skiing. He has been on the slopes since he was two years old, and loves strapping on his skis. He used to ski demos for Hobies Ski and Sports. Every winter, he goes up to the mountains to stay active and have some fun.
